To the best of our knowledge, Care for the Family have never before had an event that included a hawk, a wax-sealed envelope, and a hotel without walls. Until now!
This spring, Rob Parsons, Mark Chester and Gerrit Bantjes bring you the much-anticipated second episode of Run the Race – our new program designed especially for men.
You might have heard the saying, “Life is a marathon, not a sprint”. But so often it feels more like an awkward egg-and-spoon race with your shoe laces tied together. Whatever the case is for you, we can often overlook the importance of what we need afterwards.
So if life is a marathon, sometimes we need to stop … take time out and recover. But all too often we don’t. For some of us, the word ‘recovery’ isn’t even in our vocabulary. In this second episode of Run the Race we will unpack exactly how we do this, and honestly explore how we can look after ourselves. Of course, all while undertaking yet more fun-filled, death-defying, double-barrelled challenges.
Join thousands of men from around the country and tune in for the second episode – and don’t worry, we also have Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist John Archer returning. You’re in for a corker.
