We are delighted to invite you to join One Church Basingstoke on Sunday 1st November at 7:30 pm as we meet together on Zoom to pray for our town and region. I am sure that you will agree that prayer for our local community is vital at any time, but especially so during this season when so much that we consider normal has been turned upside down by the Covid-19 pandemic.
On the evening we will be joined by Mayor of Basingstoke, Diane Taylor, the Chaplain to the Mayor, Andy Taylor and Bishop of Basingstoke, David Williams who will be helping us as we focus on 5 areas of concern – poverty, work, grief & loss, health and education.
We will be asking representatives of local ministries to provide us with a brief introduction to each topic before we split off into breakout rooms to pray in together in small groups.
