Greetings and Thanks
First of all may we wish you a very happy Christmas on behalf of the OneChurch leadership team and pray that God’s blessing will be upon you and your church family as we all look ahead to the coming new year. May we also take this opportunity of thanking you for the support you have given to OneChurch throughout the year and for passing on news items to us concerning events that are taking place. One of our aims in OneChurch is to enable better communication to take place among the Christians of Basingstoke and you have helped us to make this possible by sharing information we pass on to you.
Information for OneChurch Basingstoke Annual General Meeting 2019
Will Ross has asked us to pass on to you various reports and an agenda for our coming OneChurch Basingstoke Annual General Meeting 2019 to be held on Sunday 27 January 2019 at 4:00pm at Basingstoke Salvation Army in Wessex Close. The various documents can be downloaded by clicking on the buttons below. We have also attached for your information a copy of the OneChurch Constitution just in case you don’t have a copy to hand.
New Vision and Website to be launched
The OneChurch Basingstoke Annual General Meeting 2019 will be a significant one as we will not only be reporting on what has been going on over the past year, but will also be sharing with you the vision we have for OneChurch for the coming years. We will also be launching our new OneChurch website which will be found at the same address from the date of the AGM.
Please encourage members of your congregation to come along to the OneChurch Basingstoke Annual General Meeting 2019. Tea will be served from approximately 5:30pm and the evening service of unity will take place at 6:30 pm. Please make a note of this in your own diary and ensure that it is in your church diary too. Remember that just two people from your church will be entitled to vote at the AGM .(Usually this is your minister and one nominated lay person).
