The Church of the Living Stream is an online only church that has grown out of Kempshott Methodist Church which will close its doors for the last time at the end of August. Building on the lessons learned through doing church on Zoom as a result of the pandemic, this church caters for those for whom getting to a physical church building is not practical.
As service is being held on Sunday 9th July at 4:00pm to celebrate the many years of christian mission and worship on this site and officially launch the online church. Leaders from the Reading Methodist Circuit will be conducting this service in the building in Kempshott Lane.
