Basingstoke Transition Network invites everyone to a hustings for the 2019 General Election. Basingstoke constituency candidates will speak and answer voters’ questions on: climate change, air pollution, energy and waste, and related subjects. Please submit questions in advance to: secretary@basingstoketransition.org. The candidates are: Jonnie Jenkins (Green), Kerena Marchant (Labour), Maria Miller (Conservative), Sashi Mylvaganam (Liberal Democrat) and Alan Stone (Independent). Please arrive in good time to avoid disappointment.
