We’re a warm and welcoming church that meets in Overton.
People come to us from far and wide, anywhere from Andover to Basingstoke and all points in between like Oakley and Whitchurch.
LifeSpring Community Church
Our Sunday base is in Overton at St. Luke's Hall, but we attempt to get involved in all the places where we live. Mission happens everyday in our locations where we work, play and live. The church consists of about 50 adults and of course some children, young people and uni students. We are committed to living out our vision statement of 'every member knowing who they are in Christ, using the gifts God has given them and fulfilling their calling in doing the Father's business'. We are committed to bringing the Kingdom of God to the villages and towns to the western side of Basingstoke.
Sunday Worship
Most Sundays at 10am for coffee/tea before the worship service starts around 10:30am at St. Luke's Hall on Winchester St (RG25 3HT) in Overton. While that is our base on Sundays we then attempt to live out our faith wherever we live and work whether that be Whitchurch, Overton, Oakley, Kingsclere, Micheldever, Kempshott, Steventon, Ashe, Winklebury and points in between. We aim to be the community church in... wherever that may be not just where we gather on a Sunday.
Midweek Gatherings
We have midweek gatherings for adults in Oakley, Overton and Whitchurch. We have Saturday Club which is a monthly Bible based club for families on the third Saturday of each month. There is Second Sunday which is a gathering for older folks in Oakley on the second Sunday of each month. Throughout the year there are various other gatherings and events that we hold and invite the whole community to attend.
