Money Lifeline is a debt advice charity serving the Basingstoke area. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial conduct Authority. There is no charge for our services. We have been assisting local people since 2007: we are affiliated to the national Christian charity Community Money Advice.
We aim to support people in debt crisis – typically our clients have debts they cannot pay and we work with clients and their creditors to find an affordable and sustainable solution.
We offer friendly, helpful and confidential advice on money and debt. Telephone us at any time to leave your details and let us know how to get back to you. Messages are picked up regularly. We will then contact you to tell you about the times and locations of our regular advice sessions and to make an appointment for you. Our advice is provided by a team of trained volunteers, supported by a national debt advice charity. Our service is confidential, free and available to everyone. Sometimes we may be able to arrange appointments at your home.
